Although not strictly a school, the proposed Carson City Knowledge & Discovery Center is planned to include a state-of-the-art library with rooms for all ages of children, for computers and other embedded and seamless cutting-edge technology tools, and room to serve the business community with specialized resources and meeting places. This public-private partnership will include an auditorium, public plaza, parking garage, and, of course, the Knowledge & Discovery Center, to become the centerpiece of downtown.
